Pekalongan City is a region on the northern coast of Java with sloping topography and susceptible to increasing sea level, which can result in tidal floods. As previous research revealed, ten villages three districts, including coastal areas, are vulnerable Moreover, vulnerability analysis based BNPB Head Regulation (Perka) No. 2 2012 unveiled that seven out districts have high risk experienced flood swamped 16 at beginning 2021. It was heavy rains strong tides along shore. The caused damage variety sectors, agriculture, communities, infrastructure, clean water sanitation. Information technology development employed disaster management, making it simpler acquire data for predicting future disasters, obtaining disaster-affected implementing mitigation disaster-prone areas. This study collected through interviews literature review. created Android applications simulating level monitoring system using flutter framework. Firebase utilized as database authentication, while Google Maps Platform deployed display maps during application simulation. anticipated simulation will be first step building City.
